AGA Refund Policy

AGA Clinical Development & Workforce Training provides educational programs, immediate access to digital content, downloadable materials, reserved enrollment spaces, and scheduled instructional services, all purchases are final and nonrefundable.

This policy applies to:

  • Self-paced courses and academies

  • Instructor-led courses and workshops

  • Live virtual training

  • Coaching programs and private sessions

  • Cohort-based programs

  • Webinars and review courses

  • Digital downloads, toolkits, workbooks, guides, and e-books

  • Certificates and other educational products

  • Individual and organizational purchases unless a separate written agreement states otherwise

Refunds will not be issued because a participant:

  • Changes their mind after purchasing

  • Does not begin or complete a course

  • Fails to attend a live session, workshop, lab, or coaching appointment

  • Experiences a scheduling conflict

  • Does not use the included materials or services

  • Does not achieve a particular employment, examination, licensing, academic, or professional result

  • Is removed from a program for violating participation, confidentiality, conduct, or content-sharing policies

Course access, coaching appointments, live-session links, recordings, passwords, and downloadable materials may not be transferred or shared unless AGA provides written permission.

Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, circumstances required by law, or when AGA cancels an entire paid program without providing a rescheduled date, replacement program, credit, or comparable service.

Technology problems caused by a participant’s device, internet connection, email settings, or failure to meet published technology requirements do not automatically qualify for a refund. Participants should contact AGA promptly if they experience an access problem so reasonable technical assistance can be provided.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they reviewed the course description, dates, delivery format, technology requirements, and this Refund Policy before enrolling.
