Andrea Patterson is a registered nurse, nursing educator, author, and healthcare professional with more than 27 years of experience.
She began her healthcare career as a certified nursing assistant and continued advancing through nursing education and professional practice. Her experience allows her to understand the challenges new nurses face as they move from the classroom into real-world patient care.
