Go From Overwhelmed to Organized

Build the practical skills and confidence you need to navigate clinical practice more safely and successfully.

Are you a nursing student or new nurse who feels overwhelmed, unorganized, or uncertain about making clinical decisions?

You may find yourself wondering:

  • How do I organize an entire shift?

  • Which patient should I see first?

  • When should I call the provider?

  • What can I safely delegate?

  • How do I communicate and document with confidence?

  • What should I do when a patient’s condition begins to change?

If these questions sound familiar, you are not behind—and you are not alone.

The AGA New Nurse Success Academy was created to help nursing students and new nurses develop a safe, repeatable process for organizing information, recognizing concerns, communicating clearly, and asking for help when needed.

Organize. Prioritize. Communicate. Reassess.

Become a More Organized, Prepared, and Confident Nurse

Nursing school teaches essential clinical knowledge, but there may not always be enough time to practice the everyday skills required to manage a busy clinical environment.

Inside the Academy, you will strengthen your:

  • Clinical judgment

  • Patient prioritization

  • Shift organization

  • Patient-assessment process

  • Recognition and escalation of changes in condition

  • SBAR communication

  • Delegation and follow-up

  • Medication-safety habits

  • Objective documentation

  • Professional confidence

You do not have to know everything on your first day. You need a safe process for deciding what to do next, communicating concerns, and using the appropriate resources.

What Is Included in the Academy?

Your enrollment includes:

  • Six self-paced learning modules

  • New Nurse Success Academy Workbook

  • Pre-Course and Final Confidence Assessments

  • New Nurse Survival Kit

  • Digital Shift Planner

  • Documentation Toolkit

  • Shift-organization checklists

  • SBAR communication tools

  • Delegation and prioritization resources

  • Realistic clinical scenarios

  • Knowledge checks

  • Confidence-building activities

  • Personalized 90-Day New Nurse Success Plan

  • Certificate of completion

  • 12 months of course access

You will follow a practical four-step learning process:

Learn. Apply. Reflect. Practice.

Watch the lesson, complete the related activity, apply the skill to a realistic scenario, and reflect on how you can use it during clinical practice within your role and scope.
