Our Mission
At AGA Clinical Development & Workforce Training, we believe that a well-prepared healthcare workforce is essential to quality patient care. We provide innovative training programs, educational resources, and workforce development solutions designed to help healthcare professionals succeed at every stage of their careers while promoting excellence, safety, and lifelong learning.
Why I Created These Programs
As a registered nurse with more than 27 years of experience, nurse educator, and lifelong advocate for patients and families, I have dedicated my career to improving healthcare outcomes through education, mentorship, and early intervention.
I created the RN Exam Review Course and the CNA Written Exam Review Course because I recognized that many capable and compassionate healthcare professionals struggle not because they lack knowledge or potential, but because they need additional support, effective test-taking strategies, confidence-building, and individualized guidance. My goal is to help aspiring nurses and nursing assistants successfully achieve certification, enter the workforce, and provide safe, high-quality patient care.
My passion for education and patient safety became deeply personal after experiencing the devastating impact of sepsis within my own family. Following the loss of my mother, I became committed to increasing awareness of sepsis recognition and early intervention, not only among healthcare professionals but also within our communities. This experience inspired me to develop the Sepsis Awareness: Early Recognition and Rapid Escalation Training Program to educate healthcare workers, caregivers, patients, and families about the importance of recognizing the early warning signs of sepsis and taking immediate action.
Through these programs, my mission is to strengthen the healthcare workforce, improve patient outcomes, empower caregivers and families, and honor my mother's legacy by helping others recognize that early education and rapid intervention can save lives.
This program is not only a professional mission—it is a personal one.
Partner with AGA Clinical Development & Workforce Training to strengthen workforce development, clinical competency, and patient safety through evidence-informed education.
